Can our existing data be imported into iKnow?
Yes - we have a data importer for importing all your data into iKnow Church. If you need help or want us to do this then just let us know.
Is there a minimum period?
It is a rolling contract. However most churches find iKnow becomes an essential part of their church.
Do we have to pay per module?
No - the iKnow Church subscription includes all the modules. The only additional extra is our powerful iKnow Chat tool for instant messaging.
What support do you offer?
We offer free technical support to all your church staff team. They can contact us during office hours to get straight through to our support team based in our Solihull office.
Who develops iKnow Church?
iKnow Church is developed by Christians. Our company has been working with churches since 2002 and iKnow Church was started in 2010.
What backups do you provide?
Our cloud servers are backed up every night and our retention period is 9 months.
How do we pay?
By Direct Debit.
How quickly can we get up and running?
The speed that your iKnow platform gets up and running really depends on your church. The speed that it does happen can depend on the size of the church. Some churches prefer to have just a few groups/teams on iKnow and then gradually roll it out to the rest of the church. If you need advice - contact us!
Do we pay for updates?
No! We are constantly developing iKnow as you will see from our latest news. When we release a new update to iKnow, every church will benefit from this automatically without having to pay any extra.
