Whats new: Safeguarding

Introducing all new tools to help you with your Safeguarding and DBS management.

We're wanting to let you know of some brand new tools to help you with your Church's Safeguarding needs.

We've spend much of the last year working on a brand new module for iKnow Church, which includes tools to help you track and monitor any Safeguarding Concerns, and manage your DBS requirements too.

At a Glance

If you have the relevant level of access within your iKnow Church account, you'll see a dedicated log for all your Safeguarding Concerns, where you can track the progress of each concern.
Keep all of the information in one place, whether its notes, data or file attachments.

There is a dedicated Risk Assessments feature where a Risk Assessment can be added to concerns and a reassessment date set if required.

Keep your records secure and protected with the granular access and permission levels.

Delegate permissions to certain areas of the Safeguarding Module and set their relevant access on a user-by-user basis.

Keep track of and record all of your DBS certificates, monitor when they are due to renewal.
Select which DBS checks are relevant for your church from a list, to ensure that you have all the information you need.

For churches outside of England and Wales, this module can still be used for your checks, although the language may still refer to DBS in places.
