These are the updates released over October 2025.
Governance Module
This brand new module allows you to set reminders of when different tasks are due allowing you to stay on top of the different actions you need to complete each month, quarter or year. Setup reminders and assign them to individual members of the church so they appear in their to-do list.
Here are some ideas to get started:
- Annual pat testing
- Monthly Gift Aid claiming
- Quarterly fire alarm test
- Annual review of Privacy Notice
For Churches in The Church of England, there are already the standard tasks added such as Stats for Mission. Additionally there are new tools in the Governance module for managing your APCM and your PCC Meetings.
Communications
We have now completed the integration to our new text messaging provider. If you have not setup an API key for this then you can do it in Settings > Integrations > Text Messaging.
We've updated the Communication Suite to handle french display characters.
Safeguarding Unique IDs
You can now enable unique ID's for Safeguarding Concerns to make it easy to track and report on. To turn this on go to Safeguarding > Settings and turn the toggle on.
