These are the latest updates to iKnow Church applied over June 2026
Donations
When importing transactions into the Donations module, you can now select if Gift Aid has already been claimed on them and set the date of claim. This will create a Gift Aid claim and mark the transactions as claimed.
Safeguarding
For accounts with multiple levels of access to the Concerns, it is now possible to set/unset Account Safeguarding Lead only Concerns.
When viewing files related to a Concern, the default option is to preview the file in iKnow rather than download it.
Room Booking
There is now a client list showing future and past room bookings for each client.
