iKnow provides a donation management system for your church. The system can be used to process debit and credit card payments as well as track giving. Create campaigns and designations to sort your giving as it arrives. Leaders and treasurers can have oversight by easily visualising what is coming in as regular giving, and what is coming in for a specific project, such as an upcoming mission trip or a building project.
Event Finance
Log any giving that you collect on a Sunday or at any other event. You can create limited access so that volunteers can submit the giving once they have counted it.
Giving Page
Create a page where people can give online to your church. The giving page is easy for anyone to use and helps you allow people to give from anywhere. You can include a link to it on a Custom iKnow app, or on your website. Giving through the giving page is simple and ensures that givers can let you know they would like their donation to include Gift Aid.
GiftAid
There is also a one-click Gift Aid submission portal that allows your team to quickly and easily submit Gift Aid Claims. These arrive within 7 days of claim.
The system allows you to submit giving reports for your church givers.
