March 2019 Updates

Branding for your communication

We've added a new Branding section within Settings so that you can easily brand communication sent from the Communication Suite. There is a default template which will be used for emails sent from iKnow Church ensuring that your logo and colour scheme remains consistent.

The iKnow Church login page can now be customised with your own logo and background graphic giving your members a reassurance of signing into their own church's admin software.

Logos can now be added to the different printouts available in iKnow Church including your rotas, room booking and child check-in reports.

If you can't see Branding in Settings, you will need to be added to a Role that gives the permission to view the option.  Roles were introduced in iKnow in February, watch the video from our support site to see how they are set up.

Communication Suite

The Communication Suite has always been a handy way to communicate with the whole church or to just certain demographics and groups. Now as well as sending emails, texts and push notifications, the Communication Suite can generate letters with just a few clicks. With the new branding we have just released, you can customise the letters to include your own letterheads and footers.

Pastoral Care

Along with helping with admin, pastoral care is core to what we are trying to do here at iKnow Church. We want to help churches as they look after the people who they come into contact with.  Within the process reminders, you can now have pre-written letters and emails to send to people.  You might have a standard welcome letter/email to send to first time visitors. This can be setup so that when you have a reminder to send out the welcome letter/email you have the draft of the letter in the Communication Suite which you can customise before sending it with one click.

Church Communication Suite

We know this enhancement will help save time with your church admin and help raise the quality of your church communication.

With the update to processes we have also given the to-do list a refresh taking on the new iKnow Church style. When someone gets assigned a task in a process they will be able to add notes to the step.

To make sure no one misses a task, the dashboard will highlight how many outstanding tasks a person has in their to do list.
