  • Add a form your website using an easily generated embed code. This will work on any website management system.

  • Create forms with a variety of different fields including; Text boxes, check boxes, date email, address, multiple line and more.

  • Select different field types that will feed straight into an iKnow profile.

  • Responsive design that can be viewed on any screen, from desktop computers, to tablets, to smart phones.
