An updated Communication Suite for iKnow Church

We've added new functionality to your Communication Suite. 

We've just rolled out a new update to the Communication Suite which will allow you to schedule the sending of Email and Text messages!
This feature has been requested by many of our customers, so we're pleased that we can announce and roll this out!

Simply select the Group, Team, Circle of list of contacts that you want to communicate with. Select "Contact this Group". Choose your method of contact, then choose the 'Schedule...'  option. Set the Date and Time that you wish to send this, sit back and relax!

Should you need to change any of the content of your scheduled messages before they send, don't panic! Simply select the the Drop Down towards the top right corner of the page, and choose the all new "messages" option. Here you can select 'Scheduled messages' to make any amendments.

Do you send SMS messages?

If you send SMS messages through iKnow Church, theres just a few changes we've made which you'll need to adjust on your account before you can send new messages.  We've changed our SMS provider to Text Local. Not only does this allow you to schedule your text messages, but it also means that there will no longer be invoices from us for your text messages! This does, however, mean that you need to create an account with Text Local of your own. Click here to set up your account. Once you have your account with Text Local setup, go to Settings > API key within Text Local and copy the key shown. This will then need to be pasted into iKnow Church under Settings > Integrations > Text Messages.
