At iKnow Church we invest heavily in the further development of the software to continue to make it the best possible tool to help churches in their administration, pastoral care and for accepting donations.
As we continue to invest in the development we have had to take a look at the prices for iKnow Church. The basic level of pricing for iKnow Church has not increased since 2015, yet we have continually added modules and enhancements to iKnow which are then provided to churches at no extra fee. During this time costs have continued to rise and so we are going to be increasing the pricing for iKnow Church. From 1st January 2025 each of our packages will increase by 10% meaning the pricing for churches with up to 50 regular attendees will increase from £20 to £22 per month including VAT. This still includes the full UK based unlimited support by email or telephone that we get great feedback on.
We know that increases to pricing are never welcome, but we hope that you can understand that we need to increase these to continue building great software for churches and the Kingdom.
We have a host of developments currently being worked on along with many more planned for the future. Just in the past 3 months we have released two major updates with a brand new look for iKnow Church representing the biggest change in appearance since the creation of the software back in 2010. Earlier this month, our Safeguarding module which has been the result of over 10 months development in consultation with thirtyone:eight went live - an important area which now has dedicated tools that iKnow Church can support your church in.
Don’t forget that our pricing model just charges for regular adult attendees. As a Christian company we want to help churches grow and reach more people so we do not charge for Missional Contacts. These are people on your iKnow Church database that you are trying to reach - maybe they attended an Alpha course or come to your midweek parents and toddlers event. You can still add them to iKnow Church and use the powerful tools in iKnow to communicate with them. iKnow also does not charge for children under 18.
iKnow Church also includes all the functionality so you are not having to pay anymore for additional modules.
