These are the latest updates being released to iKnow Church which all our churches will benefit from. As part of using iKnow Church, your church receives all our latest releases at no extra charge.
Meeting Planner
Our big release has been the new meeting planner module. This has been a big development which included a brand new look for our calendar.
Features of the meeting planner include
- add repeating events easily
- add documents and attachments to your events
- set agendas for meetings
- setup templates for your regular meetings
- invite people to your meeting
- see who has accepted invites to the meetings
- register people into a meeting

Prayer and Praise
There is a new process trigger when someone completes a Prayer or Praise so that your church can setup automatic follow ups. To set this up go to Settings > Process where you can assign who has responsibilities for follow ups.
Child Check-in
If there is a need on a Sunday to urgently contact the parents and guardians for a child then we've added a button to launch the Communication Suite within a child's profile. This will just show the parents/ guardians of that child so they can quickly be texted from within iKnow Church.
People
We have added a country field to each persons profile.
