These are the most recent updates to iKnow Church which have been released.
Child Check-in
We have now added a 'Find a Child' option so that it is easy to access information about a child either by entering their name or scanning / entering the code on their wristband.
We've added Check-Points now for churches that want to know where checked-in children are at a certain time. This is useful for churches that have all the children checked-in at the start of the service but who then go into the main service for worship before Children's Church. It could also be used in the event of a fire or emergency to ensure that all children who were checked-in, have made it safely out of the building.
Multiple Check-Points can be added and each given their own name such as 'Post Worship' or 'Fire Alarm'.
Finder
We've added a number of new finder queries so that you can search your church database by:
- People: Birthdays in this/next or specific month
- Groups: In or not in a specific group
- Groups: Has attended a group in last week/month
- Kids Classes: various searches
