Finance
When HMRC reject a Gift Aid claim due to an incorrect address entered for a donor, the Finance admin can now reset the claim themselves. Once the correction has been made to the address they will then be able to re-submit the claim to HMRC.
Communication Suite
We've updated the Communication Suite so you can add new formatting to your emails sent from iKnow Church. To turn this on for your users, go to Settings > Configuration, scroll to the bottom and within Messages you'll see the tick box to enable this feature. Press save all and this update will be live.
