These are the latest updates to iKnow Church that were applied during June 2020.
People Notes
Many churches rely on the Notes functionality to help with pastoral care - and with the current COVID-19 situation this is more important than ever. We've updated people Notes so it is easier to track when each Note was added and by whom.
The people Notes will also show any Notes added by a process step giving pastoral care workers even greater oversight of their flock. Access to the Notes is exactly the same as before so only those who have been given Notes access will be able to view and add notes.
Web Editor added to messaging
We've updated the Communication Suite so that you now have greater control over the look of your emails that are sent from iKnow Church. The new Editor allows you add more fomatiing to your communications.
