We are committed to making iKnow the best church administration tool to serve churches across the UK, so we are always happy to receive feedback and comments about how churches are using it and what features they would like to see next.
Recently, we sent out a questionnaire for those churches currently using iKnow and we were delighted to read that throughout all of the various questions we asked, 100% of respondents said that they would be happy to recommend iKnow to another church!*
One particular respondent told us: “from the very start I have been made to feel very comfortable when I have a question or have made a mistake. Your support team are amazing - keep up this standard - it makes using iKnow such a wonderful tool.”
Our team are always on hand to answer any queries and to help with any aspect of iKnow, so it is great to hear that our customer service is rated so highly.
Thank you to everyone that took the time to fill out the questionnaire, we have taken on board all the various comments and suggestions and we are working on further developing iKnow, so as to make church admin simple!
