The Teams Module of iKnow can help you with communication and team management, as well as rota creation.

Team Management

Communicate and share with your team using the team module. Leaders can use the module to communicate with their team using Email, text or any of the other options available in our communication suite. Alternatively, there is a built in discussion forum where users can share discussion and upload files. 

Rotas

Team leaders can create simple, clear rotas for all to check. iKnow will record clashes between different teams so that no one gets double booked. Team members can also add their own holidays or unavailabilities.

Rota reminders are automated in the system, so there is never an excuse for forgetting band practice anymore!

Team leaders get their own access so that they can manage and communicate with their teams simply and effectively. Team members can receive rota information by email, or sign in to the iKnow browser version or iKnow Church app to check their rota.
