Job Description

This role is for someone that loves to solve problems and has a genuine desire to help people. We regularly get feedback from our clients about the high level of support we offer - if successful then you will be able to play a part in our success.

Training will be provided for all our software, but the role does require a reasonable knowledge and experience of using websites and the ability to learn software quickly.  The successful applicant will be providing support by phone and through our ticketing system as well as helping develop the support experience that clients will receive. Support tickets need to be responded to within the required time, ensuring that we keep the high level of customer service.  

Pre/Post COVID we run training events both at our offices and around the country so there will be a requirement for some travel as part of this role.  You will also be running webinars to demo/ train clients on using our software and creating support videos.

As we continually develop our support team and strategy, we want the successful applicant to play a key part in how this evolves so we are looking for someone who can be proactive in suggesting ways we can further do things better. 

Due to the fluctuating nature of support levels, you will also be required to other tasks as required by the business such as entering content for clients.

Skills

  • Good communication skills (both written/ verbal)
  • Ability to work in a team as well as by oneself
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Confident in using PC or Mac

Duties

  • Answering telephone support calls
  • Responding to support emails
  • Creating training videos
  • Run webinars
  • Setting up Google Mail for clients
  • Importing data for clients
  • Helping new clients with their implementation 
  • Present at training courses
  • Training onsite with clients
  • Entering content onto websites for clients
  • Updating the support websites
